— The work

The bricks already in the wall.

Live work, not a portfolio reel. Every Sticklebrick engagement is one AI brick added to an operation that was already running: an investment-club portfolio monitor, Fleetgenius reading the vehicle for Bluepoppy, and FieldGenius running a field engineer’s whole day.

University & Literary Investment Club. A portfolio monitor that never sleeps.

UIC is a long-standing university investment club running a concentrated 26-name global equity watchlist across the FTSE 100, FTSE 250, S&P 500, Nasdaq and Dow. The members are part-time analysts with full-time studies, so they needed an agent to do the patient monitoring for them, and a clear stance to defend at the next meeting.

  • SectorFinance / education
  • StatusLive, in members’ hands
  • CadenceHourly and monthly
The brief

Build a calm, evidence-based monitor that watches the watchlist, surfaces what has moved and why, and turns the noise into one stance: Bull, Balanced or Bear. The members keep the vote. The agent keeps the watch.

01

Hourly Monitor

Live trading-day view: index closes, top movers, name-level price action and fresh headlines against the 26 names.

02

Monthly Monitor

Long-form review: refreshed bull and bear cases, an Overweight, Neutral or Underweight call on each name, a 28-day chart and a six-month scenario.

03

Stance engine

Aggregates the signals into one house view, with the reasoning shown rather than hidden.

04

Ask Claude

A research box inside the dashboard: members can research any company, not just the 26, and get a card in the same format.

Public, read-only dashboards. The agent never sends an order; the vote stays human.

Fleetgenius · Bluepoppy. The van finally talks to the operation.

Bluepoppy runs vehicles for a living. Fleetgenius is the live fleet AI platform that reads manufacturer telematics straight from the vehicle, with no hardware and no black box, and turns it into working modules across operations, safety, cost and strategy.

  • SectorFleet / vehicle management
  • StatusLive · Bluepoppy Group
  • HardwareNone: reads the vehicle
The brief

Read what the vehicle already knows, direct from the manufacturer, and put it in front of the operation as live modules. The fleet keeps running. Fleetgenius makes it legible.

01

Eight live modules

Overview, Fleet, Predictive Servicing and Driver Checks; Driver Behaviour, Journey Planning, Fuel and Emissions, and Drive Health; plus EV Transition, all on manufacturer data.

02

Zero-hardware telematics

Nothing to fit, nothing to maintain and nothing to rip out.

03

Drive Health and wellbeing

A wearable band feeds fatigue and heat signals to the driver’s phone, which prompts rest and hydration. Managers see a “needs a break” flag, never raw vitals.

04

Guardrails

Health data is special-category: explicit consent, positioned as a wellbeing indicator and not a diagnosis.

FieldGenius · a large South West FM operator. Every job, sorted.

A large facilities-management operator in the South West needed more than a job list. FieldGenius owns the engineer’s whole day: it sequences the jobs, plans the route, delivers the engineer to the job and not just the postcode, re-plans when reality diverges and keeps the client informed.

  • SectorFacilities management
  • StatusPhase 0 · proof of concept
  • LoopPerceive, reason, confirm, record
The brief

Take the whole shape of a field engineer’s day and hand it to an agent that gets them to the job, keeps the client informed without spamming them, and turns every visit into training data. Buy the routing maths; own the decisioning and client-comms layer on top.

01

The day loop

Schedule, route, track, re-route, notify, navigate, arrive. When traffic, an overrun or a cancellation hits, the route recomputes and every ETA updates. Nothing is silently reshuffled.

02

To the job, not the postcode

On arrival the agent hands over the site profile: entrance, parking, access codes, who to report to and where the asset is.

03

Client notifications, no spam

When an ETA moves past a threshold the client gets a context-aware message. Quiet hours are respected and every send is logged.

04

Honest framing

Route optimisation comes from a licensed provider. Our value is the AI decisioning and comms layer, and an ETA model that improves from real job data.
